If it is in England, Scotland or Wales, yes. The lists on this page are examples, not limits. Call with your postcode and we will confirm the nearest engineer.
Do you cover Northern Ireland?
Not at present. Coverage is England, Scotland and Wales.
Can one engineer cover several of our branches in a region?
Yes. For portfolios we plan visits as a route so one engineer surveys several nearby sites in a day, which keeps disruption and cost down.
Are the engineers local, or do they travel from head office?
The registered office is in Bourne End, but the engineers are based across the country. The one who attends is normally the closest engineer with the right equipment for the leak.
